Atty. Pelin Tarhan completed her primary and secondary education at METU Development Foundation Private Schools. She pursued her higher education in Özyeğin University Faculty of Law, to which she entered with a full scholarship. She graduated in two and a half years, as the second-highest-ranked student in the faculty and obtained high honors degree. She did an internship at the Constitutional Court of Türkiye and worked in reputable law firms. In 2023 she founded PE & TA Law Firm. She is currently continuing her master's degree in Health Law. Atty. Pelin Tarhan is fluent in English and proficient in Italian. She also carries out her professional activities in these languages.
